Cancellation Policy

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before purchasing or booking any services with Aluna Wellness (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a class or purchasing a membership, package, or product, you (“you”, “your”, “client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Together with any additional terms noted for specific promotions or offers, these Terms form a contract between you and Aluna Wellness (registered office: 13 Blunden Way, Horley, Surrey, RH6 8GJ, UK) 1. Introduction All classes and events (“Classes”) are provided subject to these Terms. When booking, you accept these Terms in full. 2. Data Protection We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy By using our services, you consent to our handling of your data as described there. 3. Accounts & Eligibility • You must be 18 or older to create an account and book Classes. • Account holders are solely responsible for bookings under their account. Class packs, and single classes are non-transferable. 4. Class Packs • Class packs allow you to purchase a set number of classes upfront at a discounted rate. • Packs have expiry dates which you must observe; expired packs cannot be used or refunded. • Classes in packs must be booked and used within the validity period. • Packs are non-transferable and non-refundable except as required by law or under exceptional circumstances with supporting documentation. 5. Single Classes • Single classes can be purchased individually and must be booked and paid for in advance. • Single class purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable except if cancelled before the 24-hour cancellation period or under exceptional circumstances. 6. Booking Classes • Class prices, including memberships and packs, are displayed clearly online. • Bookings can be made up to 12 weeks in advance via our website. • It is your responsibility to ensure bookings and payments are completed successfully. • Expiry dates apply to all classes, packs, and memberships, check details carefully. 7. Payment • Payments can be made in full at booking via debit or credit card on our online system. • The studio does accept cash as a form of payment. 8. Discount Codes • From time to time we may make discount codes available to you, and your use of any such discount codes shall be subject to additional terms and conditions, which we will make you aware of at the time of use. • Discount codes may only apply to certain classes, packs and memberships and we w
